New and Improved

May was a busy month for Praxis Legal Solutions, and I’m using this issue of the monthly newsletter to talk about two new developments: A website re-design and payment by credit card.

The new website is up and running, with a design that is crisp and clean; a reflection of the emphasis that I place on efficiency and effectiveness in the work I do for my clients.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the new website, and with its designer. Susan Best-Jones was the brains of this particular project, and I can’t say enough about her design sensibility, attention to detail and responsiveness. If you’d like to see more of Susan’s work, visit her website.

In addition to a new look, the website re-design enables Praxis to accept payment by credit card. Over the past several months, a number of clients and prospective clients have asked whether Praxis accepts payment by credit card. Now, we do.

Through eProcessing Network, Praxis now offers secure, online payment. Payment by credit card is fast and simple, and Praxis accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

To pay by credit card, click on “Payment Form”; enter the date and amount of the invoice you want to pay; then click “Continue”.

Working on these projects has been fun. I hope you like the results.

Barbara Burns: I provide my clients with advice and counsel on a broad range of subject matter, including entity formation and corporate governance; labor and employment; regulatory compliance and copyright and trademarks. I assist my clients in the negotiation and execution of transactional matters, including the acquisition and sale of businesses and business assets; financing arrangements; and hiring and firing of employees. In addition, I review, revise, negotiate and draft contractual agreements of all kinds. Providing my clients with information, counsel and transactional assistance in a timely and efficient manner, saves them time money and angst, and frees them to operate and grow their businesses.
